Hello, my name is Sandra Delaney, I am a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with HHC Realty. I have lived in Central NY my whole life; I was raised in Oswego and have spent my entire adult life in the Baldwinsville area. My husband Patrick and I have two grown daughters who also live in the area. I love spending time with my family, enjoy sewing and gardening, as well as thrifting and antiquing. If I am not working, you can find me hiking or spending time with my family.

I have an MBA from LeMoyne, spent 20 years as Controller for a local manufacturing company, and have recently retired from my Asst. Vice President for Shared Business (Affairs) Services role at SUNY Upstate Medical University. I have also taught college courses at night and done consignment sewing in my spare time. Although I loved each of these roles immensely, being in real estate allows me the opportunity to help people, something I love to do.
