Welcome to HHC Realty. My name is Kimberly Tretowicz, and I have proudly served as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for over 16 years.

My passion for real estate began through my own experiences buying and selling homes, where I developed a deep appreciation for the many details and nuances involved in the process. I quickly realized that real estate is not just about transactions—it’s about guiding people through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives. As my children grew older and I began considering a new career path, I knew I wanted to pursue something centered around helping others. Real estate was the perfect fit.

Whether assisting a first-time buyer, helping a family relocate, guiding a homeowner through downsizing, or supporting clients as they search for their retirement home, I truly value being part of each unique journey. My goal is always to make the experience as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible.

I currently reside in Liverpool and have extensive knowledge of the Central New York real estate market. My local connections and experience throughout communities such as Liverpool, Baldwinsville, Cicero, Clay, North Syracuse, and the surrounding areas allow me to provide valuable insight when helping buyers find the right home and sellers successfully market their property.

Family is incredibly important to me. My daughter, Alyssa, is a Physical Therapist in Columbus, Ohio, and my son, Adam, is a Regional Pricing Analyst in Nashville, Tennessee. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active, attending concerts, and supporting the many wonderful local businesses that make our community so special.
